Residential parking permits may be obtained by residents of a dwelling located on a street or avenue affected by a two hour parking ban. It is recommended all residents in the prescribed area obtain a permit. The permit will exempt the resident from the two hour zone, allowing them to park for up to 48 consecutive hours without having to move their vehicle. The City of Brandon does not issue permits to anyone who does not reside at the dwelling.
